2020 CSME Congress postponed till 2021

On behalf of the CSME 2020 Organizing Committee, we would like to inform you that the 2020 CSME Congress that was to be held in Charlottetown, PE on June 21-24 2020 will be postponed to the summer of 2021. This postponement is due to the COVID-19 outbreak; the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers, organizers and committee members are our greatest priority and at this time we believe that it was necessary to reschedule the Charlottetown CSME Congress for next year. We will provide additional information and scheduling regarding the 2021 CSME Congress in Charlottetown later this year.

If you have registered for the 2020 Congress, you will receive a full refund in the upcoming weeks.

We will solicit new submissions for the 2021 Congress, and the details will be provided later this year.
We plan to publish the submitted abstracts and papers online under the title “Progress in Canadian Mechanical Engineering 2020”. Each published paper and abstract will be available to the public through the UPEI library website. Only the camera-ready submissions will be included in this publication and any submission that is not uploaded as camera-ready will be excluded from the publication. The deadline for camera-ready submission is May 31 2020. The word template for the camera-ready submission is the same as the initial template and the TEX template is slightly different as it includes the Congress header: https://www.csme2020.com/submissions

We hope that you and your families remain safe and healthy during this difficult time.
