Please note that membership renewal dues are payable by 31 January each year. To function properly, the society depends on membership fees being paid in a timely fashion. Hence, a Call to renew memberships for the new calendar year is sent out to each active professional member in early December. Reminders are then sent out twice during January. The second reminder will mention a late-payment fee of $20 being applicable if the membership is not paid by the deadline of 31 January. It is a small incentive to ensure that renewal fees get paid in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration.
